Tree Works and Planting

Hybrid Ecology provides an expert arboricultural contracting and tree surgery service in accordance with BS3998:2010 British Standards for Tree Works. Staff are trained, experienced and hold industry best practice NPTC certificates of competence. All climbing and rigging kit complies with current LOLER legislation. 

 

From tree removal to planting, Hybrid Ecology are equipped with the knowledge, tools and experience to undertake all aspects of arboricultural contracting/site clearance and tree surgery works. Our arborists work alongside the ecological team and ensure all works are undertaken in compliance with the relevant wildlife legislation.

Air Spade, Stump Grinding, Aerial Defect Surveys 

To complement our tree works services, we can offer the following services; popular with arboricultural consultants.

• Air spading - used for root investigation where permitted building plots are in close proximity to the root protection area of retained trees

• Stump grinding in root protection areas

• Aerial defect surveys - used to compile data to complete a full Visual Tree Assessment report
